Public Works Advisory (PWA) assisted the client with the business case planning and successful government funding application for the construction of a new 4ML/day DAFF water treatment plant.  PWA provided project management services for the tendering and procurement of the new plant, including administering the contract, technical review and site monitoring to drive a quality outcome for Council.
